Introduction

Autonomous robots are self-operating machines capable of performing tasks without human intervention. They use sensors, artificial intelligence (AI), and control algorithms to navigate and make decisions.

Project: Building an Autonomous Robot

Materials Required:
  • Arduino Uno

  • Ultrasonic Sensor (HC-SR04)

  • Motor Driver (L298N)

  • Servo Motor

  • Wheels & Chassis

  • Battery Pack

Steps:
  1. Assemble the robot chassis and attach motors.

  2. Connect the ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles.

  3. Write Arduino code to control movement.

  4. Test and fine-tune the robot’s autonomy.
